マジックテープ留めのため、繊維が露出している衣類には適さない場合があります。ただし、マジックテープの爪は小さいので、レインジャケットなど滑らかな素材の衣類には問題なく使用できます。

ロールトップの上部を3回折り曲げると効果的に湿気を遮断しますが、完全に水に浸すことは想定されていないためお勧めしません。

川や湖に落ちたり、ハイキング中に雨に降られたりしても耐えられる防水性があります。

素材の特性上、製造時にシワがつきます。

素材の色は、さまざまな環境によって変化します。また、素材の特性上、繊維にムラがある場合があります。

We will only accept cancellations due to the customer's convenience if we receive notification before the shipment is carried out by our company.

日本郵便クリックポスト¥185（到着は発送通知から2～3日※一部地域を除く）基本的にポスト投函となりますので日時指定なども出来かねます。
追跡番号はございますが、紛失、破損による補償はございません。
こちらを選択された場合の紛失、破損による事故は当社もその責任を負わないものとします。

ヤマト運輸宅急便コンパクト¥650（到着は発送通知から2～3日※一部地域を除く）
追跡番号・¥30,000円までの紛失補償が付帯します。
¥30,000以上の紛失補償が必要な方はお手数ですがご購入前にContactよりご相談ください。 

¥5,000以上お買い上げの場合、送料は当社が負担致します。
※送料当社負担の場合クリックポストを利用させて頂きます。追跡番号はございますが補償などはございません。

返品、返金とキャンセルポリシー

▶︎発送前のキャンセルについて
当社による発送が実行される前にご連絡を頂いた場合のみお客様の都合によるキャンセルを受け付けております。
キャンセルによる手数料はかかりません。
通常即日の返金手続きを致しますが、場合によっては最大7日ほどかかることがあります。
クレジットカードによる払い戻し処理のタイミングなどに関しては当社では把握しかねますのでご利用のカード会社にお問い合わせください。

お客様都合のキャンセル対応は致しかねます。ご了承ください。

▶︎返品・返金
（１）お客様都合による返品・返金はお受けしておりませんので、ご注文の際には慎重にお選びください。
（２）商品が不良品もしくはご注文商品と異なると当社が認定した場合のみ受け付けさせて頂きます。（商品の到着より7日以内にご連絡を頂いた場合に限ります。）
