For overseas delivery, you can choose Japan Post's small courier service or EMS.

[Japan Post Small Packet] Registered Mail
Recommended for those who want to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination area. It is around 910 yen to 1500 yen in Japanese yen.
It will be automatically calculated on the payment screen, so please take a look.
It varies depending on the region, but it takes about 5 to 14 days.
Compensation for loss, delivery accidents, etc. will be limited to 6,000 yen in Japanese yen.

 [EMS (Express Delivery Service)]
EMS is ideal for those who value speed.
It depends on the country, but it takes about 2 to 9 days to arrive.
Delivery times and prices vary by country. The price is around 1,500 yen to 3,900 yen in Japanese yen.
It will be automatically calculated on the payment screen, so please take a look.
We also provide compensation in the event of loss or damage.

▶︎Regarding cancellation before shipping

We will only accept cancellations due to the customer's convenience if we receive notification before the shipment is carried out by our company.
There are no fees for cancellation.
We usually process refunds on the same day, but in some cases it may take up to 7 days.
We are unable to confirm the timing of refund processing by credit card, so please contact your credit card company.

(1) We do not accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience, so please choose carefully when ordering.
(2) If the product is defective or different from what you ordered, we will only accept returns if our company determines that the product is defective or different from what you ordered. (Only if you contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.)
(3) The specifications of the product may have changed due to minor updates, but in that case, the preceding paragraph does not apply. Please read Article 3 of the Terms of Service for more details.
If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact 〔info@wimworks.jp〕 within 7 days of arrival.
It will be easier if you can send us a photo of the defective part.
If there is a replacement product available, we will exchange it, and if there is no replacement product, we will issue a refund.

国内配送・送料について
国内配送は日本郵便のクリックポストとヤマト運輸の宅急便コンパクトをお選び頂けます。

日本郵便クリックポスト¥185（到着は発送通知から2～3日※一部地域を除く）基本的にポスト投函となりますので日時指定なども出来かねます。
追跡番号はございますが、紛失、破損による補償はございません。
こちらを選択された場合の紛失、破損による事故は当社もその責任を負わないものとします。

ヤマト運輸宅急便コンパクト¥650（到着は発送通知から2～3日※一部地域を除く）
追跡番号・¥30,000円までの紛失補償が付帯します。
¥30,000以上の紛失補償が必要な方はお手数ですがご購入前にContactよりご相談ください。 

¥5,000以上お買い上げの場合、送料は当社が負担致します。
※送料当社負担の場合クリックポストを利用させて頂きます。追跡番号はございますが補償などはございません。
配送事故などが生じた際の補償はございません。その場合も当社は補償致しかねますのでご了承ください。
※¥5,000以上の決済でも補償付の配送方法はお選び頂けます。

返品、返金とキャンセルポリシー

▶︎発送前のキャンセルについて
当社による発送が実行される前にご連絡を頂いた場合のみお客様の都合によるキャンセルを受け付けております。
キャンセルによる手数料はかかりません。
通常即日の返金手続きを致しますが、場合によっては最大7日ほどかかることがあります。
クレジットカードによる払い戻し処理のタイミングなどに関しては当社では把握しかねますのでご利用のカード会社にお問い合わせください。

▶︎発送後、及び配達完了後のキャンセルについて
お客様都合のキャンセル対応は致しかねます。ご了承ください。

▶︎返品・返金
（１）お客様都合による返品・返金はお受けしておりませんので、ご注文の際には慎重にお選びください。
（２）商品が不良品もしくはご注文商品と異なると当社が認定した場合のみ受け付けさせて頂きます。（商品の到着より7日以内にご連絡を頂いた場合に限ります。）
（３）商品はマイナーアップデートにより仕様が変わっている場合がございますが、その場合は前項には当てはまらないものとします。詳しくは利用規約第3条をお読みください。

不良品もしくはご注文商品と異なるものが届いた際は、大変お手数ですがinfo@wimworks.jpまで到着より7日以内にご連絡ください。
なるべく迅速に返信させて頂きますので、不良箇所などの写真を頂けますとスムーズです。
交換商品がある場合は交換対応、交換商品がない場合は返金対応とさせて頂きます。
また上記対応となりました際は恐れ入りますが、該当商品を以下の住所に返送料当社負担で返送して頂く必要があります。
